Julie Wedgwood shared a range of free learning tools for L&D professionals at the Charity Learning Conference 2012.

Read out Loud in Adobe reader – will read PDFs – on Adobe Reader version 5 and more recent versions
Embed audio in MS Word – available since 2003 version.

Emergency whiteboard – in PowerPoint 10 choose Options and Custom Ribbon and select the developer option
With PPT 2010 you can save files as a Windows media file
