Coaching increases communication, employee engagement, and productivity, study finds

td_64While a mere 27 percent of organizations heavily incorporate into their talent development portfolios, doing so is highly advantageous. Emphasizing, measuring, and recognizing coaching as a valuable skill is associated with organizational benefits such as improved communication, heightened engagement, and elevated performance. Those are among the findings of a recent study conducted by the Association for Talent Development’s team in collaboration with the ATD Forum.
