It’s not as if Tracey Waters was struggling in her role this past summer. At the time, she had spent the last eight years working at Europe’s largest entertainment company, Sky. Over those eight years, she moved up the ranks to become Head of People Development and Communications, where her performance reviews were strong and her team was meeting the traditional standards for a learning and development (L&D) department.
