Editor’s note: This week was the first time I have heard Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge talk about organisational design. Her insights are so relevant to L&D, looking at systems thinking, behavioural science, group dynamics and external environmental factors. In this video, Cheung-Judge looks at ways to think about organisational change and in so doing frames the role of learning in change.
Editor’s note: This is a fantastic resource on organisational development which has been created for the NHS. Lots of tools, articles and people to follow and learn from.
Editor’s note: This is a really good distillation of research into what makes an organisation ambidextrous – able to maintain current products and services whilst at the same time developing new ideas and thinking. Lots in here for L&D to consider.
Editor’s note: Latest research from Deloitte says that organisational design (and redesigning how organisations work) is the number one human capital priority for the year ahead.
