Editor’s note: This week was the first time I have heard Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge talk about organisational design. Her insights are so relevant to L&D, looking at systems thinking, behavioural science, group dynamics and external environmental factors. In this video, Cheung-Judge looks at ways to think about organisational change and in so doing frames the role of learning in change.
Editor’s note: Researchers at INSEAD have modelled the impact of formal structures on how networks evolve in organisations. It would seem that some form of organisational structure is necessary for networks to evolve and flourish.
