Navigating the world of careers has never been more bewildering in the digital age we live in. Deciding which career path to take is a challenge all of us must face at some point in our lives, with the job market changing at an ever faster rate. Mapping out a future direction is certainly no easy task, with careers of the future far more likely to involve unexpected twists and turns. So how can we improve this process?
The UK Commission for Employment and #skills has published a report on future careers which identifies 40 #jobs for the future. Interesting to see what they are and to think about where L&D fits in and how organisations can encourage and support people into these types of roles.
