What would you say if a doctor, architect, or electrician would make decisions based on their instincts, preferences, or based on their ‘years of experience’? You’d probably be SHOCKED. Yet, this is often what we do as learning professionals. It’s time to change and start building a solid foundation, using scientific evidence from the learning sciences to help people do their jobs better and make an impact on the organizations they work in. We’ll explore three building blocks of evidence to start building that oh so needed foundation and we will discuss how you can start applying the evidence in your own context right away.
