There are seven laws of workplace. I’m not faffing around with this post, I’ve listened to too much this week that has failed to grasp some of the essentials of workplace. Its time these laws were recognised and used in all analysis, strategy development, commentary and workplace design. They’re not my laws, I’m just capturing them in one place. As they are laws, and as we’re not an American president, they’re not optional.
