At the beginning of 2020 Con Sotidis and Amit Garg asked me about my favourite Towards Maturity reports and which had the most influence during my time at TM as CEO (2004 – 2019).
It was a tough task! During my 15 years of service, over 7,600 learning leaders had taken part in the health check and 50,000 workers had provided insight on what works for them. As a result we published over 70 reports and 200 case studies, stories that tracked 15 years of fascinating history in the ever changing world of L&D.
