The Learning and Performance Institute has launched a diploma in workplace learning for learning and development professionals.
The diploma will focus on personal knowledge management and will be run by Jane Hart and Harold Jarche.
The institute says the diploma will help L&D professionals to better manage information. ‘Personal Knowledge Management provides the skills that can help to make sense of, and learn from, the constant stream of information that workers encounter from social channels both inside and outside the organisation.’
The diploma comprises of four certificated workshops, three of which will need to be completed in order to gain the diploma. The certifcates include:
- Certificate in Personal Knowledge Management
- Certificate in Working & Learning Collaboratively
- Certificate in Community Management
- Certificate in Connected Leadership
