While a mere 27 percent of organizations heavily incorporate #coaching into their talent development portfolios, doing so is highly advantageous. Emphasizing, measuring, and recognizing coaching as a valuable skill is associated with organizational benefits such as improved communication, heightened engagement, and elevated performance. Those are among the findings of a recent study conducted by the Association for Talent Development’s #research team in collaboration with the ATD Forum.
