The UK’s first corporate learning #bootcamp will be taking place in London on 28 October 2015.
The event is the brainchild of Canadian elearning company Ellicom, which has run three previous learning bootcamps in Canada. It will focus on the theme of ‘New skills for the new world of L&D’ and include a range of practical workshops on emerging skills for L&D professionals.
Workshops include:
- How to improve your video skills on your phone
- How to have better conversations
- How to become a brilliant curator
The bootcamp has been curated by author and speaker Nigel Paine and Martin Couzins, editor of LearnPatch.
‘We wanted the event to focus on practical skills which delegates could learn and try out on the day, use in their personal and professional lives and also use back in their organisations,’ said Paine.
The event is open to L&D and HR professionals and anyone responsible for organisational or skills development.
