Us lot in learning and development like to contemplate and philosophise on the finer points of our profession. This is a good thing! Of course, it’s all too easy to get lost down a whole heap of rabbit holes but I’m a firm believer in reflecting on our practice, thinking about the impact we have, and being aware of how we remain current and relevant in our organisations.
