We should all expect more from work. People spend more hours working than anything else. But for too many, work isn’t fulfilling, inspiring, or anything more than a means to an end.
re:Work is an effort by Google and others to help share and push forward the practice and research of data-driven HR. Work can be designed to actually make people happier, healthier, and more productive. This is possible when organizations put their employees first, trust and treat them like owners, and use data to drive decisions about their people. The field of people analytics has been evolving rapidly and we’re still in the early days of what analytics and science can help us achieve in HR.
