The events of 2020 have thrown traditional strategy and planning out of the window, as L&D professionals were forced to adapt to a more fluid approach in response to the crisis. Digital transformation plans were accelerated, as we embarked on remote working at speed.

As the dust begins to settle, however, L&D will need to take time to reflect on what this sudden shift to online learning means, and how priorities and attitudes are changing in response to the pandemic. How can we best adapt our strategies in this volatile and unpredictable environment?
