Nigel Paine: ‘L&D must get involved with big data or risk becoming irrelevant’

Nigel Paine, managing director at NigelPaine.com and former chief learning officer at the BBC, told L&D  professionals at the Learning and Skills Group summer conference that they either get involved with big data or risk becoming irrelevant to the organisation.
