Bett adds workplace learning conference to 2013 show

Learning technology show Bett has added a conference for learning and training professionals in large enterprises and public sector organisations as a part of its  2013 event.

The event, which is now in its 29th year, covers learning technologies in schools, universities, colleges and the workplace. Next year’s event takes place at London Excel on 30 January to 2 February.

Speakers in the workplace learning conference include, Jan Rijken, european head of learning and development, KPMG, Saj Shah, head of training and development for McDonald’s Restaurants, Ronald van der Molen, european academy director – human resources at Canon Europe, Jonathan Cormack, head of organisation effectiveness at Standard Chartered Bank, Thomas Atterstam, group head of talent & leadership development for Prudential, Karen Moran, director of resourcing talent and leadership at BBC and Scott McStay, vice president of learning leadership & talent for Barclays.

As the world’s largest technology in education event, we work hard to bring the most appropriate experience to our visitors, and have therefore expanded the show to include workplace learning.”
