Learning is changing rapidly and is being driven by consumers, technology and socio-economic shifts, according to the Brandon Hall Group.
Speaking at the Learning Live Conference 2012, Stacey Harris, VP, research and and advisory services at Brandon Hall, shared the company’s latest research and talked delegates through the concept of relationship-centred learning. This concept has been shaped by their research into how learning is changing in 600 organisations.
In this interview, Harris explains the concept and the implications for L&D teams, organisations and L&D professionals. And below that is a slide from Harris’s presentation showing the future make up of the L&D function.
More on the research is available from Brandon Hall.
