Learning technology provider Brightwave has developed an online learning portal for broadcaster Channel 4.
The online academy, which provides market intelligence and competitor analysis as well as vital insight to the Channel 4 brand and service, aims to help Channel 4 employees improve their product knowledge and increase airtime sales. It is aimed at a diverse range of employees, from graduates to managers and more senior employees.
The academy covers topics including:
- Maths in media sales – calculating TVR simulation tool
- Commodity management
- Maximising agency and sales relationships
- Real customer scenarios to practice and test knowledge
