Crowd sourced learning hub mylearningworx has launched a version of its platform for employers.

Mylearningworx for organisations sits within the mylearningworx hub and provides hundreds of courses as well as allowing employers to create their own content. The hub provides thousands of different types of content including videos, elearning courses, PDFs, presentations and assessments, all within an environment that has been personalised for the needs of the individual organisation.

Managing director of mylearningworx, Martin Belton, said: ‘Our aim is to provide a different approach to online learning. We crowd source content then share it with the world, and we’re keen for workplace learning to get in on the action.

‘Mylearningworx for organisations was designed from the outset to enable learning professionals to better engage with their audience. As such, it is rooted more in consumer-led software rather than traditional corporate systems. It’s easy to use and encourages learners to engage with what they’re doing through collaborative features, the ability to create and share their own content and take part in MOOC style courses with their colleagues and peers. We’re providing organisations with some new and exciting opportunities that are breaking the mould in workplace learning and development.’

The system is designed for any size of company with pricing set on predicted usage. It can also be personalised to suit an organisation’s brand and generates reports on learners’ progress.
