Sugata Mitra on developing more creative organisations

We caught up with , professor of Educational Technology at the School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences at Newcastle University, after his keynote speech at the Learning Technologies Conference 2015.

Mitra starts the interview by arguing that schools need to develop creative skills in children and for organisations to then adapt to this more creative and curious workforce. Asked about the future role of learning professionals, he says they must:

Create the right environment and right problem which will cause the learning to happen.
