Research in to the impact of Covid-19 on corporate learning and development has revealed that nearly 70% of learning and development professionals think corporate learning has changed forever.
The research is ongoing and so far more than 100 people have participated. If this figure reflects how the learning profession as a whole feels right now then this is a big moment for the sector.
Fosway’s research shows that learning teams have rushed to digital as the workforce shifted to working from home. This is to be expected. What will be fascinating to see is the long lasting change that will be seen across L&D.
