Benchmarking organisation #towards maturity held a VIP launch of its 2015 #benchmark study in London yesterday. Not all stats from the report were shareable as the official launch is on the 5 November. However, there were plenty of stats on top learning companies and how people are learning at work. One takeaway is that colleagues want to be in control of their learning.
